El Desierto. Un Cortometraje/ The Desert. A Short Film.

El Desierto es un lugar para ENAMORARSE, para salir del TEMOR, encontrar tu DESTINO y olvidar las MENTIRAS. Pero No es lo mismo salir de la ESCLAVITUD, que sacar esa esclavitud de TU MENTE. ¿Qué decidirás tú?

The Desert is a place to FALL IN LOVE, to get out of FEAR, find your DESTINY and get rid of the LIES. But it´s not the same to get out of SLAVERY, than to take that slavery out of YOUR MIND. 
¿What will you decide?

Samantha, a los 14 años, conoció a Ómar, quien la enamoró y secuestró para prostituírla en D.F. hasta ser rescatada por Mauricio, seis años después. Samantha tiene ya 21 y vive en otra ciudad, está aprendiendo a trabajar como co-propietaria de un café con Mauricio, y recibe todo el apoyo emocional, físico y espiritual que necesita. Pero no ha conseguido superar su pasado, y tendrá que decidir entre volver a la vida con Ómar, o atravesar su esclavitud y caminar hacia su propio futuro.

Samantha, met Omar at 14, a man who got her and took her away for prostitution in Mexico City; six years later she was rescued by Mauricio. Samantha is 21 now and lives in another city, she is learning to work as a café´s co-owner of with Mauricio, and gets the emotional, fisical and spiritual support she needs. But she hasn´t managed to get over her past, and will have to decide between going back to the life with Omar, or get through her slavery and walk towards her own future.
